These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Yellow Snow Husky Tours AB (company registration number 559412-2680). The person making the booking accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of the party.

Yellow Snow Husky Tours AB will hereafter be referred to as “Yellow Snow Husky Tours”, “we”, “our” or “us”.

1. Booking

Yellow Snow Husky Tours will confirm the booking via email. You should carefully check the details of your confirmation and contact Yellow Snow Husky Tours if anything is incorrect or incomplete. We cannot accept responsibility for inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. 

The booking confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between Yellow Snow Husky Tours and the person making the booking. 

2. Payment 

Yellow Snow Husky Tours will confirm your booking by email and send you an invoice. Payment must be made before the due date stated on the invoice.

For last-minute bookings, payment may be made on site by card or in cash.

If payment is overdue, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be added. Interest on overdue payments will be charged at 10% per annum.

3. Prices

All prices are in SEK (Swedish Kronor) and include tax (VAT).

4. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made by email to info@yellowsnowhuskytours.com and are only valid once confirmed by Yellow Snow Husky Tours. Any refund will be made to the original payment method. 

Cancellations of shorter tours, up to a full-day tour:

Cancellations made between the time of booking and 61 days before the activity will be charged 15% of the total amount. 

Cancellations made less than 61 days before the activity will be charged with 25% of the total amount.

Cancellations made less than 31 days before the activity will be charged with 50% of the total amount.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the activity will be charged with 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations of multi-day tours:

Cancellations made between the time of booking and 61 days before the activity will be charged with 25% of the total amount. 

Cancellations made less than 61 days before the activity will be charged with 50% of the total amount.

Cancellations made less than 31 days before the activity will be charged with 100% of the total amount.

5. Cancellations and changes made by Yellow Snow Husky Tours

If Yellow Snow Husky Tours needs to change the price or make a significant change to the tour that you booked with us, we will inform you as soon as possible. In that case you will have the full right to cancel the tour and there will be no cancellation fees.

If Yellow Snow Husky Tours cancels a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. 

Yellow Snow Husky Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary before or during the activity for safety reasons. This may be necessary due to weather conditions, temperature, snow conditions, wildlife, the abilities of the participants, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In these cases, no refund will be given. 

Yellow Snow Husky Tours shall not be liable for any additional expenses, costs or losses resulting from such changes or cancellations. 

6. Force Majeure

Force majeure refers to unusual, unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond the reasonable control of Yellow Snow Husky Tours that prevent us from fulfilling our contractual obligations. These are circumstances that could not reasonably have been foreseen, avoided or overcome.

Such events include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, acts of terrorism, natural or industrial disasters, epidemics, pandemics, fire, severe weather conditions, flooding, airport closures, technical failures, maintenance issues, unforeseen changes made by airlines or train companies (including timetable changes), or interruptions to IT infrastructure (including, but not limited to, our website).

In the event of force majeure, Yellow Snow Husky Tours shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this agreement.

7. Liability and risk

Please be aware that Northern Scandinavia is a wilderness area and that outdoor activities involve inherent risks. When making a booking, please consider the participants’ physical fitness, health and any medical conditions.

Yellow Snow Husky Tours has safety procedures in place for everyone’s safety. All participants are required to pay attention to and follow the instructions given by the guide at all times.

Participation in all activities is entirely at the participant’s own risk. Yellow Snow Husky Tours shall not be liable for any loss, damage, accident, injury, illness or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

Participants are responsible for the equipment provided during the activity. If equipment is lost, damaged or broken due to negligence or misuse, the participant will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement, up to a maximum of SEK 10,000 per group. This amount must be paid directly after the activity.

We strongly recommend that all guests have adequate travel, cancellation, liability and health insurance, as well as insurance for their personal belongings.

8. Privacy

Personal information provided during the booking process will only be used for the purpose of processing your reservation, providing the booked services and communicating with you regarding your booking. We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 

9. Dispute

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
